2024中國大學生無人駕駛方程式大賽啟動公告
各有關單位：
由中國汽車工程學會主辦、蔚來冠名、中創新航戰略支持的“蔚來杯中國大學生無人駕駛方程式大賽”已成功舉辦七屆（以下簡稱FSAC），2024賽季于本公告發布之日正式啟動?，F將具體內容公告如下：
一、日程安排
1、報名時間：
車隊報名開始時間：2023年12月20日18:00；
境內車隊報名截止時間：2024年1月3日24:00；
境外車隊郵箱報名截止時間：2024年4月26日。
2、計劃比賽日期：11月5日-10日
3、比賽地點：安徽合肥
二、報名流程
1、數量限制：2024FSAC境內外車隊參賽數量不做限制。
2、資格限制：
（1）參賽車隊所屬院校需是中國汽車工程學會團體會員單位或在報名成功后兩個月內成為中國汽車工程學會團體會員單位；
（2）參賽車隊指導老師及正式隊員必須為中國汽車工程學會個人會員；
（3）各院校原則上只允許一支無人駕駛車隊報名參賽，獨立學院可單獨申請。
3、預報名程序
（1）境內車隊
2024年1月3日前，新車隊需在完成注冊、審核后，通過賽事系統首頁，選擇對應年限賽事，點擊報名進行預報名確認。往屆已注冊車隊在賽事系統首頁，選擇對應年限賽事，點擊報名確認后，需將賽事系統中負責人姓名、電話、郵箱更改為2024賽季人員信息。
（2）境外車隊
境外車隊不強制參與車號確認，但需將參賽申請發至指定郵箱獲取相關資料：zhenghao@sae-china.org。
備注：參賽申請模板見本通知附件。
4、車號確認
境內車隊答題確認車號測試時間：2024年1月2日10：00-18：00；
境內車隊答題確認車號時間：2024年1月3日18：30-21：00。
備注： 2023賽季總成績排名前三的車隊將直接獲得前三車號，其它境內車隊必須參與報名答題。境外車隊可參與答題確認或按報名先后順序順延車號。
5、參賽確認及資質審核
車隊完成車號確認后，25個工作日內填寫參賽回執并上傳賽事系統，組委會將對報名車隊資質進行審核，審核通過后將在大賽官方網站公布2024FSAC正式參賽車隊名單。
6、注意事項
（1）如未成為團體會員單位或未按時繳納會費，將無法予以注冊；
（2）所有賽事文件需在規定時間內提交，如未按時提交賽事文件，將無法予以注冊，因車隊集中提交信息導致系統無法執行，視為未按規定時間提交。原則上收到秘書處郵件通知10個工作日未回復的將視為默認退賽。

2024 Formula Student Autonomous China Commencement Announcement
The NIO Cup Formula Student Autonomous China(FSAC) Sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, named by NIO and strategically supported by CALB(CALB Group Co., Ltd.) has been successfully held for 7 consecutive years, and the 2024 season of FSAC is officially launched on the date of this announcement. The specific details are as follows:
I.Schedule
Registration Period:
Registration Period registration opening time: 18:00 on December 20, 2023
Deadline of Domestic Teams registration:
24:00, January 3, 2024
Deadline of overseas teams to register by Email:
April 26,2024
Race Date:November 5-10,2024
Race Venue: Hefei,Anhui Province
Ⅱ.Registration Process
1.Number Limit:
No limit on the number of domestic and overseas teams participating in the 2024 FSAC.
2.Qualification Restrictions:
(i)The competing teams must be from institutions that are group members of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China or become a group member within two months after successful registration.
(ii)The guiding teachers and team members of the participating teams must be individual members of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China.
(iii) In principle, each institution is allowed to register one autonomous fleet to participate in the race, and independent colleges can apply separately.
3.Pre-registration Procedures
(i) Domestic Teams
Before January 3, 2024,after completing the registration and audit,the new team should confirm the pre-registraion through the homepage of the race system by selecting the corresponding year of the race and clicking on the registration. Previously registered teams should change the name, phone number and email address of the person in charge of the race system to the information of the personnel for the 2024 season after selecting the corresponding year of the race and clicking on the registration to confirm the registration.
(ii) Overseas Teams
Overseas teams are not required to participate in vehicle number confirmation forcefully, but need to send the application to the designated email and obtain relevant materials: zhenghao@sae-china.org

4.Vehicle Number Confirmation
Test time for domestic teams to confirm vehicle number: 10:00-18:00 on January 2, 2024
Confirmation of vehicle number for domestic teams: 18:30-21:00 on January 3, 2024,
Note: The top three teams of the 2023 season will be directly obtain the top three vehicle numbers. Other domestic teams must participate in the registration quiz. Overseas teams can participate in the quiz for vehicle number confirmation or follow the order based on the registration sequence.
5.Confirmation of Participation and Qualification Audit
After confirmation the vehicle number, the teams will fill in the entry form and upload to the race system within 25 working days. The Organizing committee will review the qualifications of the registered teams and after passing the review, the official list of participating teams for the 2024 FSAC will be announced on the official website of the competition.
6.Notes
(i) If the institution has not become a group member or has not paid the membership fee on time, it will not be possible to register;
(ii) All race documents should be submitted within the specified time. Failure to submit on time will lead to the inability to register, and system failures caused by teams submitting information collectively will be considered as not submitted within the specified time. In principle, those who do not reply within 10 working days after receiving an email notification from the secretariat will be deemed to have withdrawn by default.
